Found this on an anime website. All the Code Geass fans rejoice!!
Bandai’s mobile phone website m-pub.channel.or.jp is hosting a graphic that reads as follows:
New Code Geass Project Launch Green-Lit!
Wait for more info in 2010!!
The image adds that this project represents a “rebirth” and that Geass will take a new step starting today. The message is signed with the name, “ZERO.”

Well, I hope they follow through on the original story line but they have various options. They could produce the two other novels, Code Geass: Suzaku of the Counterattack or Code Geass: The Nightmare of Nunnally . They could also do what FMA did and do a "re-telling" following the manga. There's too many options and not much information yet. We'll find out early next year I guess.

that thought that they had a real great ending. Although i would not be mad if they continued the story with something other than the novels

Thats true they could go with the novels but it would be nice for a continuation of the story line though, I just like stuff to move foward than go backwards is all.

Well, Code Geass is a popular franchise so I think either way is still workable. Also, they could cast an entirely new cast and make it like 10 years after the Zero Requiem so something. I just hoping that its worth the anticipation. I am a big Geass fan and I don't really want they create a buzz and then churn out something that really undermines the Code Geass franchise name.
