Postby PrimaryLotusUser » August 4th, 2010, 12:54 pm

IMO I hope your "ever" is coupled with a non visible "until this point in time"

and I still need to check that movie out. Heard a lot of good things.

i think "to this point in time" is implied. as it cannot be better than things which do not exsist.

That movie does look really good I watched the trailers once but forgot about it, thanks for making a topic about it primary. BTW has anyone seen it IMAX? I know Dark Knight was awesome in IMAX, they used an IMAX camera which not many movies use I believe.

I've seen inception in theaters now 3 times, and I'm going to buy it when it comes out on DVD. it only gets better every time you see it, even though you know what's gonna happen.

there's not much more to it. he rescues saito, wakes up on the plane makes it through customs, and goes home to his kids. and robert fischer jr. dissolves his fathers empire.

I know that but like the part with the guy's totem (Leonardo DiCaprio's character). It never shows us if the totem stopped spinning and fell or if it just stayed spinning and he's still in a dream.

oh god...another person i have to explain this to.... in the movie it explains that the top never ever stops spinning in a dream. as the last shot zooms in slowly on the totem it starts to go in slow circles ( a common sign of a top slowing down, because the circlular motion is starting to shift to one side of the top instead of dead center), then starts wobbling back and forth(a sign that a top is literally almost done spinning), AND if u listen, u can hear it slowing down.

for a top to keep spinning it must remain at constant speed or IT WILL FALL.

Finally got to see it a couple of days ago and man that was a really good movie. For once I actually believed the trailer when they said this was the #1 movie of the summer.
