4/17/17 - Some Videos Down

Dear Members,

Some videos may not be working for some of you. The reason for this is a hard drive failure. This caused another problem last week with videos working and then not working.

We are working on getting it all resolved but it will take some time to recover the data and restore it. Please continue to report anything not working, if its not working is due to this hard drive failure. We will let you know and follow up with you once its fixed.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused many of you. We will keep you up to date on this forum topic.

4/24/17 Edit:
We were unable to retrieve much data our selves after receiving the drive from the data center. We have now sent it to a data recovery facility and hopefully they will be able to retrieve the files. We will continue to keep you all posted.

5/25/17 Edit:
Good News everyone, we received the recovered data and restoration is underway. We estimate it will be completed within the next 5 days!!

5/30/17 Edit:
All anime that was down due to this should be fully functional now! Please let us know if you come across anything that is not working.

Heck yes!!! now I can finish watching heat guy J next week. That's when I'll be able to afford my subscription cost anyways. I'm glad to hear the good news Bassam.

I just tired paying for Anime Crave Subscription, and it didn't go through I even checked my bank account and it didn't go through I did everything right like normal.

I been trying to watch Akame ga kill and it keeps saying this type video file not supported it said this before, and now it won't even load it did this before and I could not watch anime for months, and then it did it last week and the issue was resolved. Now I keep constantly hitting refresh and even deleted my cache and my temporary internet files. still nothing....HELP!!
