AC Intro Vid and Music

It's absolutley obnxious music and it is completely unnecessary to force paying customers to listen to that candy raver tune over and over again before every episode.

Btw, I've very annoyed that after returning to this site, none of the videos will load for me except for that f'ing intro which plays over and over and OVER again.

I'm sorry you hate the song, but this is why you can simply skip it. If we get enough funds perhaps will change it, however were still growing & there is only so much we can do.

As for videos not working for you please report it so we can look into it. Could be a problem with your computer configuration or a problem on our end. Regardless of where the problem is, we can definitely help.

Thanks for the reply.

It's totally not my compurter. I don't have any problems with any of the other streaming media sites out there including netflix (which also uses silverlight), except this one.

2 month old fresh install, Win7 x64 sp1, latest updates, using Chrome, IE9, and Firefox...And my connection and system specs are way above the minium requirments for watching at any quality.

I'm positive that it would make so many people happy if, at the very least, you found a new tune to spam before every show.

If our videos didn't work, how could we even operate this site? Or why would anyone be on here?

Our videos do work & thousands of people watch the videos on it. Sure sometimes we may have a broken videos here or there but as soon as it is reported we fix it.

You stating videos do not work cannot help us help you in an way or form. We don't know what your trying to watch, which it could indeed be down on our end.

As for videos working on other sites, that would have nothing to do with AC. Our videos work completely different then any site you have been to including netflix, only thing in common there is silverlight.

I totally agree, if thousands are able watch videos then why can't I?

I've gone through all the help sections, I've reinstall silverlight, I've cleaned my system up with ccleaner, I've flushed my dns cache, I've triple checked all of my settings, software and hardware wise -including my router...Nothing seems to solve the problem.

I'll try to idle in chat until you get on.

I apologize illincrux, I'm pretty bad when it comes to forums as there is always soo much going on on them. Contacting us directly is usually the best way to get help.

Please try using the contact us options on the site or to visit my profile and contact me through there.

Otherwise if you did go through everything and it still wont work then I can think of 2 reasons.

1. You don't have a static IP address which means your IP address is constantly changing.

2. Something is blocking port 81, could be firewall, router or something else on the network.
